Job summary

Grande Information Technology (IT) Intern - Support Services role offers hands-on experience supporting the technology that keeps the business running. Interns work with IT professionals, assisting with technical support, troubleshooting, and service desk operations across office and manufacturing environments.

You’ll gain exposure to end-user support, networking, telecommunications, and server infrastructure to build a strong IT foundation.

Qualifications

• Student in Junior or Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Technology: Microsoft Office Tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across service desk and end-user devices.
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalate tickets when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Support IT hardware/software deployments at office and production facilities.
• Gain exposure to networking, telecommunications, and server infrastructure.
