AssetWorks is seeking an IT Support Intern to join its Information Technology team. This entry-level role provides frontline help desk support, hardware provisioning, software setup, and system access for staff, with opportunities to learn enterprise IT operations.

Based in the Wisconsin location, the internship is on-site or hybrid, offering hands-on experience in provisioning, Tier 1–2 support, and IT compliance audit prep. The program focuses on practical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed IT/CS degree or related field.
• Basic hardware, software installation, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior help desk experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning hardware, software, and user accounts for onboarding staff.
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support including help desk tickets and escalation.
• Assist with compliance audit documentation and evidence collection.
• Document issue resolutions and maintain records.
