Motorola Solutions seeks an IT Lead – Supply Chain to architect, design, and deliver complex transformation initiatives across ERP/CRM platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams of internal staff and external partners, overseeing acquisition integration architecture and business process design.

The role requires Oracle ERP expertise, Salesforce integration experience, and strong Agile delivery, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications and Oracle cloud applications.
• Experience integrating enterprise ERP systems with Salesforce and knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Demonstrated Agile delivery experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Execution oriented with strong organization and documentation habits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide architectural leadership across portfolios, programs, and functional domains.
• Develop templates and procedures to map business processes for projects, acquisitions, and new offerings.
• Author standardized M&A integration playbooks adopted IT-wide.
• Build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps.
• Proactively manage integration priorities and facilitate architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants in Agile delivery.
• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Collaborate with application teams, program managers, and vendors to translate requirements into designs.
