Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced IT Lead - Supply Chain to guide solution architecture, design, and delivery of large transformation initiatives. You will oversee acquisition integration architecture, business process design, and underlying systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, guiding cross-functional teams including external partners.

You will drive architecture governance, create reusable playbooks, and develop strategic roadmaps to merge acquired entities into our enterprise

Formación

• Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications and Oracle cloud applications

Responsabilidades

• Architectural Leadership: Provide overall technical and business architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and functional domains.
• Framework & Process Design: Develop standard templates and procedures to map business processes against new projects, acquired entities, and new product offerings.
• Integration Playbooks: Author standardized playbooks adopted IT-wide to streamline mergers and acquisitions integrations.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps with business and IT leads.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Manage integration priorities and facilitate reviews with executive, IT and business stakeholders.
• Team & Delivery Management: Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in Agile delivery.
• Architecture Governance: Research and establish enterprise architecture standards and select tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application teams, program managers, onsite/offshore partners, QA, and vendors.
• Scalable Solutioning: Evaluate trade-offs for hybrid ERP environments and durable solutions.
• Design Sessions: Host design workshops translating business logic into technical specs.
