Job summary

ePlus Technology, inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to drive revenue by identifying opportunities, quoting products and services, and growing relationships with customers across IT hardware, software, and services.

The ISR will partner with engineering and vendors, manage orders, and provide timely proposals and CRM updates while upholding professional conduct and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT industry preferred
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service sales, maximizing profit margin
• Assist with project opportunities, quotes, orders, open order management, and post-order support
• Coordinate with engineering for BOM design and validation
• Assist with deal registration and pricing negotiations
• Uplift opportunities with warranties, service offerings, accessories and supplies
• Assist with CRM entries and contract requests
• Accurately execute and manage customer orders and delivery
• Engage with customers and vendors to grow relationships
