Job summary

SAIC is seeking IT professionals to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the FAA Integrated Service Center. The role focuses on imaging laptops/desktops, end-user device preparation, and ticket queue management to deliver timely IT services.

You will work with a team to resolve incidents, document issues, maintain inventory, and create knowledge base articles while adhering to security and compliance requirements. U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT with 2 years of related experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• HDI-DAST certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (FAA LEVEL 2 positions only).
• Experience applying Windows images to laptops, desktops, and tablets.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Remedy or other ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Imaging laptops and desktops in a large scale imaging lab.
• Resolve incidents and tasks through the Remedy ITSM Tool.
• Document, track, and monitor technical problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and research solutions to technical problems.
• Maintain inventory of stock.
• Create knowledge base articles documenting troubleshooting steps.
• Package equipment for shipment.
• Run QC checks on imaged machines.
