Job summary

SAIC's National Security Customer Group seeks a Computer User Support Specialist to support USTRANSCOM at Scott Air Force Base, IL. Provide Tier 1/2 deskside end-user support, image Windows 11, deploy equipment, and manage assets.

ServiceNow, Active Directory, and MS Office expertise required; DoD Secret clearance and CE/ITIL certifications preferred. Role includes after-hours coverage during planned or emergency events; strong communication and multi-team coordination are essential to restore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree & 10+ years of experience.
• DoD Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II certifications or CE certification.
• Experience with MS Office suite and IT documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 & 2 deskside end-user support with strong interaction skills.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; image Windows 11; deploy equipment; asset management.
• Perform IMAC procedures and equipment lifecycle refresh.
• Use ServiceNow to document and track service requests and SLA status.
• Escalate complex problems to upper-level engineers.
