Job summary

SAIC is looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the FAA Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). You will contribute to hardware and software support, imaging laptops and desktops, and preparing end-user devices for deployment.

Responsibilities include applying Windows images in a large imaging lab, resolving incidents via Remedy ITSM, documenting issues, maintaining inventory, and creating knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT + 2 years of related experience or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• HDI-DAST Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Working in a large scale imaging lab to apply WIN10 baseline to laptops and desktops.
• Resolve incidents and task through the Remedy ITSM Tool.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors technical problems to ensure a timely resolution.
• Identifies and researches solutions to technical problems.
• Maintain inventory of stock.
• Create knowledge base articles to document troubleshooting steps.
• Package equipment for shipment.
• Run QC checks on imaged machines.

SAIC is looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service, and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support.

Candidates will be a key part of a team of IT professionals who provide hardware and software support for the FAA. Candidate will perform tasks such as imaging laptops and desktops, preparing end user devices for deployment, troubleshooting issues, and managing ticket queues.
