Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience supporting end-users with PC hardware, software, and LAN issues.
• Entry level IT knowledge focusing on PCs, Windows apps, networks, mobile devices, and Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk, remote or onsite support for offices across Western Washington.
• Install and repair computers and peripherals; configure users and accounts.
