Huntington Technology Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver remote and onsite technical support for end users in a variety of small to medium businesses.

You will log and track issues, troubleshoot Windows OS, and assist with installation and configuration of software and line-of-business applications. The role requires strong customer service, problem‑solving, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years computer support preferred.
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Autotask, Datto Remote Management, and ITGlue is a plus.
• Associates degree or higher in technology preferred (or pursuing).
• Certifications such as MCITP, A+, N+, CompTIA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
• Open and log trouble tickets to track issues from identification through resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Create detailed documentation of steps to identify and remediate issues.
• Support customers over the phone and onsite; maintain reliability and follow-through.
