Integris in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You will be the first contact for client requests via phone, email, or portal, delivering courteous, timely help.

You will document work, follow SOPs, escalate complex issues, and grow technical knowledge toward potential Systems Administrator duties. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years in technical support or related IT roles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and portal.
• Resolve issues or escalate to Systems Administrators/Engineers as needed.
• Document work accurately for billing and knowledge base Articles.
