Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC seeks a Senior Enterprise Service Technician for an onsite Boston, MA role. Deliver hands-on, white-glove IT support across endpoints, apps, and devices with strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune expertise.

You will manage accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and support Outlook/Teams/OneDrive while maintaining discretion for executives. The role carries after-hours rotation in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in desktop support or service desk
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience administering Entra ID and Active Directory
• Hands-on Intune management: enrollment, compliance, deployment
• Experience supporting iOS devices and MDM processes
• MacOS troubleshooting and support
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Executive-level, discreet support experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to participate in after-hours/weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and application access across Entra ID and AD
• Troubleshoot lockouts, password resets, MFA, and conditional access
• Fulfill access requests for apps, file shares, and calendars
• Investigate phishing attempts and coordinate email/web filtering
• Provision and troubleshoot business applications and Office add-ins
• Support Outlook/Teams/OneDrive and related M365 apps
• Manage iOS devices: setup, enrollment, compliance, retirement
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, peripherals
• Coordinate hardware replacements and asset inventory
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
• Provide white-glove executive support including calendar delegation
• Set up conference rooms and video equipment
• Provide first-line network/building access support
• Participate in migrations, endpoint refreshes, and system changes
• Maintain detailed ticket records and contribute to docs
