Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract on-site Helpdesk Support Tech in Powell, TN to record and manage tickets in Kaseya, resolve hardware and software issues, and provide end-user assistance both locally and remotely.

You’ll set up accounts, printers, reports, and collaborate with teams while occasionally traveling to remote facilities. On-call duties may apply; hours are M-F 8-5 with pay ranging $20-$25/hr.

Qualifications

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to users locally and remotely.
• Record and update tickets accurately and verify resolution with end users.
• Setup user accounts and manage basic LAN/WAN related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Record customer and problem information into Kaseya Ticketing system and close tickets with resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service by solving hardware and software problems for all computer users.
• Set up new accounts and print/run reports as needed.
• Set up printers and print queues, travel to remote facilities as required.
• Administer phone and voicemail systems; coordinate with outside vendors.
• Test and install networking and OS software and hardware; manage workload and user expectations.
• Administer Mobile Device Management software and be on call for after-hours/maintenance.
