Qualifications

• 6 weeks of training required.
• Must work on weekends with two consecutive days off during the week.
• Bilingual agents receive a $1.00 differential upon conversion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to initial IT support requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues.
• Update and close support tickets in IT systems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
