Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Understanding of networking operating systems (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and remote communications
• Experience with IT hardware and Windows servers

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain basic network operations and assist IT team with tasks
• Provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution
• Install and test software and hardware
• Read or listen to client problems to identify and resolve issues
• Monitor system backups and ensure devices and servers are in working order
• Occasional travel to support remote sites and after-hours remote support
