Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions and support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is a plus but not required.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed education in an IT-related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical support.
• Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing environment devices and tablets.
• Provide IT office support for printers, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT assets and lifecycle; oversee destruction of outdated assets.
• Provide multi-channel support—in-person, remote, and phone.
• Collaborate on IT projects with System Administrators and IT Support Engineers.
