Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking an IT Helpdesk Supervisor to lead the IT support team and ensure high-quality service for a hospitality environment. You will collaborate with management to plan budgets, develop escalation procedures, and maintain service levels while mentoring technicians and coordinating with other departments to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

Demonstrated excellent guest service.
Preferred 1 year supervisory experience.
Preferred 2 years IT Helpdesk experience.
Able to prioritize and complete projects in a demanding environment.
Preferred Microsoft certifications.
Experience with TCP/IP and networking concepts.
Experience with Workday, Windows, OS400, Linux, OSX.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develop plans, forecasts, and budgets for the IT Department.
Create and manage escalation procedures and maintain service levels for the IT Helpdesk.
Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems.
Develop IT schedules and prioritize support calls and resources.
Mentor technicians and coordinate with other departments.
