Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV, seeks a Lead Reservations Coordinator to supervise reservations staff, train team members, and ensure superior guest service. You will describe hotel options, quote rates, and reserve rooms, dining, and spa services by phone, email, or fax.

Strong communication and call center experience are essential for success. Responsibilities include coaching agents, handling inquiries, and maintaining accuracy while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Office, Word, Excel, HMS and Hotel Extranets.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the reservations staff performance.
• Provide assistance and training when needed.
• Describe ideal hotel accommodations and reserve rooms.
• Upsell packages and cross-sell services throughout the hotel.
• Answer questions via phone, email or fax with professionalism.
• Process credit card authorizations for reservations.
• Train new Reservations Specialists on tools and practices.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses.
