Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada seeks an Assistant Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team, train staff, and drive guest service excellence. You will handle calls, emails, and faxes, describe room options, quote rates, and secure dining, spa and activity bookings while maintaining high conversion.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills, familiarity with call center technology, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Office, Word, Excel)
• Experience in call center or customer service environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and lead the reservations team.
• Provide superior service via phones, emails and faxes.
• Describe ideal hotel accommodations and quote rates.
• Upsell packages, upgraded rooms and cross-sell services.
• Process 3rd party reservations and credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and daily reports.
