You will train staff, upsell packages, manage room bookings, and coordinate dining, spa and events inquiries by phone, email, and fax with a courteous, professional approach.

• High School diploma or equivalent; customer service principles knowledge.
• Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology; clerical processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead the reservations team to maintain service levels.
• Provide superior service via phone, email and fax; upsell packages.
• Train new team members and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.
• Handle guest inquiries, describe accommodations, rates and events.
• Input and manage reservations and group blocks; ensure accuracy in systems.
• Monitor and improve conversion rates; maintain professionalism under pressure.
