Qualifications

• Two or more years in IT support or helpdesk preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft documents and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support per procedures.
• Assist with data management tasks and internal client relationships.
• Create and update Microsoft documents and departmental systems.
• Manage budgetary information and record time/expenses as needed.
• Follow established procedures for knowledge management.
