Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks an Advisor Application Support Analyst to provide expert-level support for proprietary RJ applications used by corporate office and branch users. You will be the escalation point for complex issues and partner with software development teams to drive resolutions.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days a week at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate HQ. You will reproduce issues in test environments, document findings, and contribute to long-term health

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or IT or related field
3+ years in a technical and application support environment
Software engineering experience preferred

Responsibilities

Act as escalation point for unresolved application issues from first-level support.
Collaborate with software development teams to triage, analyze, and resolve issues.
Conduct in-depth technical research and diagnostics using logs and debugging tools.
Reproduce reported issues in test environments and identify workarounds or interim solutions.
Document investigative steps, findings, and solutions in ticketing and knowledge bases.
Participate in incident reviews and retrospectives with technical insights.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support internal teams and end-users.
