Job summary

100 Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL seeks an Analyst to provide expert-level support for RJ applications used by Corporate Office and branch users. The role follows a hybrid model requiring in-office presence 3 days per week at the St. Petersburg HQ.

You will escalate unresolved issues, collaborate with software development teams, analyze logs, reproduce issues, and contribute to knowledge bases and incident reviews, ensuring durable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical/application support.
• Experience with SQL, logs, and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with incident management in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for unresolved issues from first-level support.
• Collaborate with software development teams to triage and resolve issues.
• Document investigative steps, findings and solutions in ticketing and KB systems.
• Participate in incident reviews and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support internal teams and end-users.
