Job summary

Raymond James in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an IT support professional to help end-users resolve hardware or software issues and respond to inquiries. The position follows a hybrid work model; the selected candidate will be in the office 3 days per week at our St.

Petersburg HQ or the Southfield, MI office. The initial training period will last one to four weeks and require onsite attendance five days a week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer and Information Science or Computer Systems Analysis.
• High School diploma required.
• General Experience: None.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support for unresolved queries per procedures and SLAs.
• Support data management tasks.
• Help manage internal client relationships by performing simple procedural tasks.
• Produce, update, and provide best-practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other systems (purchasing materials, budgeting, time/expenses).
• Carry out knowledge management tasks by following established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory codes relevant to own work.
• Organize work schedule and coordinate with support services, assigning short-term tasks.
• Develop and maintain process or technical skills through training and coaching.
