Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to provide second-line hardware and software support for end users. The role combines desk-side problem solving with documentation updates and data management tasks.

The position follows a hybrid work model with in-office expectations and an initial onsite training period. You will build knowledge of organizational policies and customer service best practices while maintaining SLAs and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes an Associate’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
• Experience with end-user support and basic ITIL-style incident handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support per documented procedures and SLAs.
• Assist with data management tasks and internal client relationships.
• Create and maintain Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.
• Follow established procedures for knowledge management and training.
• Support process improvement by adhering to organizational policies and codes of conduct.
• Organize work schedules and coordinate with support services.
