Job summary

Bay Ltd. in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks an IT Help Desk Tech to serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, access, and network issues. You will support printers, phones, and IT-related admin tasks while ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience or equivalent hands-on field experience in IT support or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and replace computer hardware, software, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Perform basic user account support: setup, password resets, unlocks, permissions, group access, profile changes, email access, login issues.
• Monitor systems and networks; collaborate with teams to resolve network, telecom, applications, power, and access issues.
• Respond to issues and requests; log, update, document, and assign in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues; escalate complex problems when needed.
• Maintain ownership of issues through follow-up, documentation, escalation tracking, and final resolution.
• Support system access changes: user accounts, email, access, building access, equipment.
• Assist with IT asset inventory, deployment, logistics, device tracking, shipping/receiving, records.
