Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft products/systems/configuration.
• A+ certification or equivalent preferred.
• AA in Computer Science or related field or 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, troubleshoot and maintain LAN hardware and devices.
• Establish and maintain network users and directories.
• Train users on software and equipment usage.
• Respond to user questions about access and software.
• Set up and configure Office applications.
• Provide excellent customer service to Tahoe Donner team members.
