Tahoe Donner Association is seeking a Help Desk Technician to deliver friendly, timely IT support to employees in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, set up desktops and laptops, and help maintain day-to-day IT operations.

Ideal candidates have proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft products, and strong customer service skills, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly IT support to staff.
• Two years of related experience or training preferred.

Join the Tahoe Donner team as a Help Desk Technician and help keep our community connected and supported! In this hands-on role, you’ll provide friendly, timely technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with computers, phones, and other technology, and help maintain reliable day-to-day IT operations. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and working with technology in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!The Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues.
