Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering friendly IT support to staff.
• Two years of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees.
• Configure, install, and maintain LAN hardware/services.
• Train users on software and equipment usage.
• Document issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge base and support tickets.
