Responsibilities

• Utilize a service desk ticketing system, Knowledge Base, and asset management to keep detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Provide first level end-user IT support for hardware and software, on-site and remote, and document steps taken.
• Round on nursing floors for minor issues and escalate to higher level staff when needed.
• Mentor and train IT staff and assist with new hire training as required.
