Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first‑level technical support for employees. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets, and maintain IT assets while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires familiarity with Windows environments, basic networking, and common business applications; prior ticketing system experience is preferred. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Wyoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; IT degree preferred.
• Experience in IT help desk or desktop support is a plus.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote, and in-person.
• Diagnose hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and apps.
• Use remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop) to resolve issues.
• Create and close support tickets in the ticketing system.
• Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories.
