Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for employees facing hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot problems, maintain IT assets, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring reliable business technology operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, installing and configuring desktops/workstations, using remote tools, and managing tickets with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; IT degree preferred.
• Experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support preferred.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and business apps.
• Create, update, and close tickets in the ticketing system.
• Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
• Provide end-user training on software and security best practices.
