Responsibilities include supporting Windows and Microsoft Office, using tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role preferred.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
• Use remote tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk/Remote Desktop) to resolve user issues.
• Create, prioritize, update, and close support tickets in the ticketing system.
• Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories, and assist with end-user training.
