Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot problems, resolve tickets, maintain IT assets, and help ensure reliable operation of business technology across multiple Wyoming facilities.

You will assist users via phone, email, remote support, and in person, document actions in the ticketing system, and support Microsoft Office, printers, and network connectivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk or Jira preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certifications are plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
• Create, prioritize, update, and close support tickets within the ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and IT asset inventories.
