Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic networking knowledge and remote support proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Use remote tools to troubleshoot user problems.
• Create, update, and close support tickets.
• Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories.
• Train end users on software and security best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and SLA adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
