Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Windows desktop environment, including the ability to support, troubleshoot, and guide staff in the effective use of technology tools and features.
• SharePoint and OneDrive support experience.
• Three (3) years of computer technical support experience.
• Advanced skill in use of software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides help desk support and technical assistance to users.
• Maintains current knowledge of hardware, software, and network technology.
• Troubleshoots problems with computer network, hardware and software.
• Assists with setup, configuration and installation of computer equipment.
• Assists with installation, configuration and upgrade of operating systems and software.
• Conducts training for staff on computer hardware or software-related topics; prepares written documentation as required.
• Sets up video conference, laptop and projector for meetings.
• Creates and maintains user accounts.
• Provides support during the planning, design, research and acquisition of hardware and software system upgrades.
• Recommends modifications to OEA computing processes and standard operating procedures.
