Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, Ohio is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician for a part-time role. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure efficient operation of hospital IT systems across departments.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred Bachelor's; Microsoft product certification preferred; and at least two years of experience. Shift hours vary across 8-hour blocks.

• Associate Degree in Computer Science/Technology required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft product certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience preferred.
