Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in CS/IT or 2+ years related experience.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Basic networking knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users by phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues, plus basic network connectivity.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and devices.
• Log and track requests; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and document IT procedures.
