Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in an in-person, deskside support role.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Experience in hardware and software installation/configuration.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 deskside support for internal employees.
• Execute full hardware lifecycle support including imaging machines.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software incidents in Windows 11 and Office 365 environments.
