Cornerstone Bank in Bismarck, ND is seeking an IT Help Desk team member to support internal users with daily computer activities, including account unlocks, hardware/software issues, and device rollouts. The role includes Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco phone support, with on-call rotation.
Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT or related field and at least 2 years of customer service experience, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
Formación
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology or related field and 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience supporting internal users with IT desk tasks.
- Ability to learn and support new systems and to troubleshoot problems.
Responsabilidades
- Provide IT Help Desk support for internal team members.
- Unlock accounts and handle hardware/software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, tablets, and related devices.
- Assist with on-call rotation.
