Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support by identifying problems, guiding users through corrective steps, and logging issues.
• Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software; manage asset records and inventory.
• Support onsite users and coordinate with higher-level teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Build and deploy PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment; maintain documentation and asset management records.
