Courser is hiring an IT Support Services professional to deliver frontline technical assistance to employees and clients. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, while maintaining high customer service levels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, documentation, and collaboration with IT team members to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience in networks, security, and help desk.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Office, and basic printer/scanner setups.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications for users.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, VPN, and network printer problems.
• Document solutions and update knowledge base.
• Monitor IT systems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Support IT projects including upgrades and deployments.
