Job summary

Courser is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical assistance to employees and clients. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

As part of the IT team, you will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and VPN connectivity, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge base updates. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support and service delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft networks, firewall configuration, and endpoints security.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems within SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across devices and printers.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software for users.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot VPN and Wi-Fi connectivity; resolve network printer issues.
