Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access following security practices.
  • Support Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Directory Services, Cisco networking, and mobile tech.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
  • Coordinate upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
  • Partner with IT teams to resolve incidents and support initiatives.
  • Assist with security issues and maintain enterprise data integrity.
  • Handle additional IT duties and special projects.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across desktop, hardware, software, and network environments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with IT teams to keep systems running efficiently.


What You'll Do


  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.

  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware.

  • Partner with other IT teams to resolve incidents and support business initiatives.

  • Assist with security-related issues and help maintain the integrity of enterprise systems and data.

  • Perform additional IT support duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional IT experience.

  • 3–5 years of IT support or related technical experience.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory/Directory Services, Cisco networking, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance practices.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.

  • A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
