Apex Systems is seeking an IT Support / Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Malvern, PA on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on delivering Apple Store-level customer experience and providing hands-on end-user support across hardware, software, and mobile devices.

You will respond to incidents, manage tickets in ServiceNow, assist with provisioning, document knowledge articles, build operational reports, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ months of relevant education or work experience.
• W-2 eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Respond to incidents and escalations from support teams.
• Manage tickets through incident/problem management platforms.
• Provide in-person, chat, and phone end-user support.
