Qualifications

• 1+ years of end-user device, desktop, or Service Desk support experience.
• Experience deploying PCs, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Previous hospital/healthcare IT support experience.
• Security, imaging, deployment, licensing, and compliance knowledge in Microsoft tech.
• TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Strong customer service, communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, software applications, and operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues by phone, remote support tools, or onsite.
• Deploy, configure, image, upgrade, and support IT equipment.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate support queues across sites and services with stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between users and IT teams.
