A healthcare technology provider in Nashville seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide proactive technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. You will be the first point of contact for employees' IT concerns, assisting with system maintenance and documentation processes. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience and strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and ticketing systems among other skills.

Formación

• 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Responsabilidades

• Responding to end user help desk requests for hardware/software support.
• Maintaining and improving laptop imaging/configuration processes.
• Installation and support of local and network printers on end-user workstations.
