Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the Client Services team in Enterprise Technology & Services. You will deploy, monitor, and maintain Windows and Mac devices, troubleshoot network and printing problems, and manage computer lifecycles and IT assets.

You will deliver direct support to faculty and staff, provide training and documentation on systems, policies, and procedures, and contribute to key department projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and macOS platforms and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong customer-focused support skills and clear communication.
• Asset management, lifecycle planning, and IT project familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote user support for hardware and software.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Windows and Mac devices; troubleshoot network/printing issues.
• Maintain hardware lifecycle, asset records, and domain accounts; assist with AD provisioning.
• Document solutions, create training materials, and share knowledge with users.
