Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified professional.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Help Desk tickets across Windows and macOS.
• Support mobile devices (iOS, Android).
• Manage hardware/software inventory and device refresh cycles.
• Handle user setups, installations, upgrades, and documentation.
