Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support across multiple Ohio locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, and document resolutions to maintain service quality.

The role requires Windows expertise, Microsoft 365 knowledge, and strong customer service skills. Travel to various ISBH offices statewide is expected, with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT certification; A+ certification required.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong desktop support and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Networking fundamentals including routing and firewall basics.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud environment.
• Experience with mobile device management.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and configure PCs, switches, routers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel to service-area offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, or in person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document interactions.
• Manage user accounts (password resets, unlocks, group changes).
• Escalate to tier 2 as needed and follow up on issues.
• Install, configure, and test software components for end users.
• Record diagnostic steps and resolutions in tickets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on endpoints.
• Assist in device provisioning and reuse programs.
• Travel to ISBH offices across Ohio as required.
